The Combined Buying Association (CBA) is a group of leading independent builders and plumbers merchants working together to enhance their businesses through the development and deployment of coordinated purchasing strategies.

The group is bound together by common ideals, mutual trust and friendship. The CBA was formed over 40 years and today's 16 members account for 9% of the merchants market. In 1993 the group invested in membership of Euro mat, which is a pan European purchasing consortium. This decision demonstrated CBA's ambition to be at the forefront of purchasing opportunities and developments within the merchant sector. The success of CBA is built on the commitment and participation of all members to the common goal of maximising the rewards to their business through co-ordinated purchasing.
